2.Open Communication:

Initiate an open and honest conversation with your team members. 1:1 Express your concerns in private - with a let’s make it work mentality - ALSO listen to their perspectives. Encourage them to share their challenges and frustrations as well. Establishing clear lines of communication can help uncover misunderstandings and foster better collaboration. CLEAR AGENDA

3.Set Clear Expectations:

Clearly define roles, responsibilities, and expectations for each team member. Make sure everyone understands their individual contributions and how they fit into the team's goals. This clarity can help minimize confusion and improve accountability. It’s not personal - all humans in this role have the same responsabilities.

4.Foster Team Collaboration:

Encourage teamwork by creating opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing. Assign tasks that require cooperation and provide platforms for team members to exchange ideas and insights. Building a sense of camaraderie can motivate team members to work together more effectively. - Laugh - be enthusiastic, share your light.

5.Address Conflict:

If there are conflicts within the team, address them promptly and constructively. Facilitate discussions, mediate conflicts, and encourage compromise. Help team members find common ground and focus on shared objectives.

6.Provide Support and Resources:

Ensure that your team has the necessary resources, tools, and training to succeed in their roles. Address any skill gaps or areas where additional support is needed. Empowering your team members with the right resources can boost their confidence and productivity.

7.Lead by Example:

Be a role model for your team. Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Show your commitment to the team's goals and actively participate in team activities. Leading by example can inspire your team members to follow suit.

8.Recognize and Reward:

Acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of individual team members. Recognize their achievements and contributions publicly, and reward them when appropriate. Positive reinforcement can reinforce desired behaviors and motivate the team.

9.Seek Mediation or Support:

If the challenges persist despite your efforts, consider seeking mediation from a neutral party, such as Payroll specialist, Administration, Regional Leaders, or other company representative. They can provide guidance and support in resolving conflicts and improving team dynamics. It takes a village.

10.Keep track of your meetings with emails / memos / write ups / commendations
