The belief in your business's mission drives your commitment. This is an important part of being a leader because you dedicate resources and capabilities to make a change and guide your team in the right direction toward the mission.
Humble confidence, or as we like to call it, "leadership from the heart," means guiding your team with a clear vision and a clear mission to a goal. When you show confidence at the moment of leading then you boost credibility in your team and they will follow and share the mission with everyone involved on your team! But leading also involves being humble, knowing that you don't have all the answers but you believe in the mission, and it's your ability to listen to your team and consider everyone's ideas and opinions.

3. Belonging is the foundation of accomplishments. It is the result of pushing for greatness because you connect with the values of your work and you feel like you belong with your team! It drives humans to success. It is what inspires us as humans to work as a team for a greater purpose!
4. Responsibility is the most important characteristic of a leader! You guide humans to greatness and for a greater change in the world! Leadership is based on doing it with passion, compassion, and honesty with the responsibility for the impact you make on the humans that follow. When you lead with responsibility humans will follow your steps because they have a great impact on the way you push them for greatness. Humans feel responsible for accomplishing goals when they feel you care for a goal!
